SUZOHAPP has completed the acquisition of a major currency and cashless suite of Coinco, a global leader in payment solution design and manufacturing in the vending industry based in St. Louis, Missouri.

Founded in 1958, Coinco led the product development by offering a variety of value-added payment solutions to the market, including well-known coin changers, noteholders, card readers, and cashless technologies. Some important new products will be added to the SUZOHAPP portfolio, such as the Vantage VR6 Note recycler and the iris line of the cashless system.

The strength of the Coinco brand has led to significant success in the U.S. market. SUZOHAPP hopes to replicate that success in the international market, leveraging its critical resources and global presence, especially in Europe, where SUZOHAPP has a thriving vending machine business.

Services in North America from the entire Coinco family will continue to be provided by the existing Coinco service network and will continue to operate by CoinAcceptors Inc.

As part of the acquisition, SUZOHAPP also hired key commercial, engineering and operations staff from Coinco to provide superior support to all new and existing customers.

One of these key commercial employees is Ron Manne, SUZOHAPP’s new vice president of sales and marketing for the Coinco brand. “We are excited to be part of the SUZOHAPP group and look forward to contributing to the company’s future growth and continued success,” Manne said.
